Content and Marketing Communications

We work with our customers to develop the content and marketing communications required to support all stages of the sales cycle. Our assignments include:-
- Defining the go to market message. EvoLearn will translate the detail and shape the key messages to create a ‘winning story’, that articulates the value proposition and unique selling points;
- Preparing our customers to sell the message on brand; and
- Developing content for marketing promotions such as presentations, events and product launches.
Request for Proposal (RFP)
At EvoLearn we will assist in the RFP and tender process, no matter how big or small the involvement you ask of us. We work with our customers to create and deliver winning solutions. We can provide an independent review of the RFP, make recommendations to enhance the content into context and prepare our customers for the all-important final presentation.
1-2-1 Coaching
Our Consultants are available to work 1-2-1 with individuals in Sales and Pre-Sales on whatever is needed to achieve the sale. At EvoLearn we work with the individual on real sales cases.
Our 1-2-1 sessions aim to provide a professional line of support and advice to enhance professional and personal learning. We have worked with individuals on various assignments including: customer sales presentations; business cases for existing accounts and acquiring new business; sharing of business and IT intelligence of products and service solutions, industry topics and trends; and evaluation of customer accounts lost and won.
Telesales
At EvoLearn we work directly with our customers and/or with outsourced Telesales providers to support sales and marketing campaigns for new product launches, technology updates and enhanced service solutions.
Our service in pre-launch preparation includes; setting the objectives, creating the ‘story’, write, review and edit of call scripts and delivering the team briefing and training. On the day we offer an advisory service to assist Call teams to deal with reactions and responses as they happen. Our Consultants think on their feet to ensure the Team and campaign are supported. This extends to post campaign analysis and recommendations to capitalise on potential leads.
